Worship at St Stephen
First Martyr Catholic Church
Building a Sacred Community
St Stephen First Martyr Catholic Church is a Catholic church centered on the Lord's gifts of Himself in the Holy Eucharist. As is says in the Acts of the Apostles 2:42, "They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers". Through the entire sacramental life of our Church, through our concern for one another, through our works of charity, through our vocations in society and through our family life, we continue to grow in the knowledge of the Gospel we are called to live out and to proclaim to others. We are dedicated to sharing the love of Christ through prayer, ministry and worship.
Purpose and Culture
St Stephen First Martyr Catholic Church has a long, proud history of serving the community of Hinesville and Ft. Stewart. Through the dedication of our leadership, Pastor and Deacon, we are committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ, and are here to spread His message. We are open to worshipers of all ages and backgrounds, and strive to lead all who worship with us towards a deeper love for God.
